Amazing products - complicated shipping.

Their products are absolutely peak, and so is their customer support. The only grudge I have is the shipping. I ordered a pair of pants on in the middle of last month, and have yet to receive the package. This is partly due to UPS's fault, however I was also surprised when I had to pay the import fees myself (a warning, or heads-up when checking out would have been appreciated). I am still waiting for my package to arrive, however I am confident that with their responsive and good customer support, I will soon have my beloved new pair of jeans.
