I like your cool design n great styling work. It’s rare to find a young emerging brand like Eme studio. I bought four items on my first purchase (order #271586) and three of them are very nice except the jeans are too big for me. Then I chose to exchange for a smaller size n sent back my jeans to Spain on April 28. Since then no one followed up with my case and I don’t even know when I should expect the exchange.

I always shop a lot online and I could see myself wearing more products of your brand, however, the handling of my product exchange case concerns me and I don’t know if I want to go through this experience anymore

In addition to enjoying the items purchased, I so appreciated the attention to detail and thus the materials that accompanied the purchase (the branded envelopes, the stickers, the shop bag)
