All items are good quality and meet all expectations of what you see on the website. Delivery and customer service are nevertheless unacceptable. I ordered 4 times online with required prepayment, 2 out of 4 shipments in only half a year were lost and then part of it in stock for the re-shipping!! Customer service could not care less. AI excuses and the offer of a ridiculous 15% discount for a future (!!) order. Now who would order again with a 50% chance of delivery??
Sadly the most disappointing customer service ever experienced. Even another request and proposal to exchange items and deduct the 15% was completely refused. Customers obviously don’t really mean anything to this company - all marketing related empty promises.
Ojalá los precios fueran un poco más bajos, aunque entiendo que la buena calidad se paga. ¡Todo lo que he comprado me encanta y es comodísimo! Muchas gracias por la tote bag :)
