el servicio de atención al cliente y ayuda es una vergüenza, tuve que escribir más de 8 veces para que me hiciesen caso. Además tuve que esperar muchísimo tiempo para tener el pedido en casa, cosa que no fue mi culpa porque lo habían perdido ellos. Y, aparte de todo esto, ni si quiera me devolvieron el importe del envío, que son casi 4€ y que supuestamente te llega en 24h a casa, tuve que esperar más de una semana y media a que me llegase el pedido y después de escribir muchísimas veces y ni si quiera fueron capaces de devolverme el dinero del envío o darme algún código de descuento o meterme unos calcetines aunque fuese, solo por las muchísimas molestias ocasionadas. me parece vergonzoso.
