Decepción total

Muy mala experiencia. La información sobre devoluciones en su web es confusa y poco clara. Contacté con atención al cliente y, aunque me respondieron, no me ofrecieron ninguna solución real, a pesar de que llevaba razón en el caso. Todo fue confuso, sin intención de ayudar. He tenido que comprarme otro bañador mientras este ha quedado inutilizable, sin ni siquiera habérmelo probado. Una marca tan joven debería cuidar mucho más la experiencia postventa si quiere fidelizar a sus clientes.
