Heb het geannuleerd vanwege slechte communicatie

I purchased a few items about 3 months ago. Upon receiving my order I noticed that one of the items I paid for was not included in the delivery. I immediately reached out to customer service via email and explained to them what happened. I initially requested a replacement for the item that was missing, they gave me the run around (around 5-6 emails in) before deciding to send a replacement. I already felt like they were going to be shady about this.

Once they verbalized via email that they will be sending a replacement, I assumed my worries were over. It took them 2 weeks to send a tracking information and I later noticed on the tracking information that they were making me PAY UPS for it to be delivered to me, which was around $105. They were basically making me pay for the item TWICE. I reached out to them again and they assured me that theyll cover the costs and pay UPS. Another 2 weeks later, nothing has changed and I still don’t have the item I paid for. Now I decided to request a refund and they’ve gone mute.

This has been a terrible experience, I don’t appreciate being lied to and finessed like this.
